ecoShuttle Charter & Tours

ecoShuttle is a Portland-based charter company known for cleaner group transportation — weddings, corporate trips, school groups, and events across the Pacific Northwest. They have been part of the local scene since 2008. The work on the road was already solid. What they needed was more of the right people finding them online and a clearer path from search to booked buses.

Folk Life cleaned up their business listings, built a keyword plan around how people actually search (wedding shuttles, airport groups, coastal charters), and ran the day-to-day work behind it: Google Business Profile, Facebook, on-site SEO, reviews, and content.

Results

Search improved first. SEO impressions rose 500%, and website visitors were up 20%. The bigger shift showed up in bookings. Over the following year, reservations roughly doubled to tripled. Paid search got more efficient at the same time: cost per booked lead dropped about 38%, and return on ad spend went from about 2.8x to 5.4x. In plain terms, they spent less to get a customer and earned more back from each ad dollar.
